PROPAY PAYMENTS:
A number of times, a situation has arisen where an Enterprise ProPay transaction will go through, but the patron record does not update in Symphony. In order to enable you to correct this while also reflecting the ProPay element for report purposes, we have added a new Payment Type in Workflows called PROPAYUPD. You will be able to pay bills with this the same way you currently use the payment type of CASH – no Symphony ProPay Commerce Account or magstripe reader is needed. Reports will still show that ProPay was used, and will also distinguish the fact that it was a manual update. You might want to pass this info along to those who look at the Bill Payment reports so that they are aware of the new Payment Type. NEW CCS WEBSITE:
The new CCS website is underway. The hyperlink provided below is where you will be able to review the progress of our site. An email has been sent to admin-l containing the username and password to access the Members Only section of the website. Your thoughts and feedback on the new website are welcome.

AUTHORITIES NEWS:
Two files from Marcive were loaded into our system this week. One contained 4140 updated authority records and the other contained 303 new authority records that were needed in our database, but were not available before this time.
