FROM THE COMPUTER ROOM:
CCS HOLIDAY STAFFING:
CCS will be staffed until 5pm on December, 24th and will not be staffed on the 25th.  We will be short staffed on the 26th but we will ensure that any phone calls to our main line or IT main line will be answered accordingly. On the evening of the 31st and all day January 1st, the Computer Room will not be staffed.  We will be closely monitoring our systems during the holidays to ensure system uptime and patron accessibility.

FRANK CORREA'S STATUS:
Frank Correa, our Systems Engineer, continues to remain out of the office for an unknown period of time due to surgery.  As a reminder, we need the assistance and cooperation of the libraries to ensure continuity of service by submitting any requests that usually go to Frank, such as SIP license installation, SVA, etc., to Wonderdesk and not by emailing Frank directly or calling his line directly.

There will be no issues of CCS News for the next two weeks due to the holidays.  Happy holidays and best wishes for a great 2015 to all from the CCS staff!
