FROM THE COMPUTER ROOM:
Enterprise Trial – due to the recent problem we have had with response time, the Enterprise Trial is on hold. You may certainly use the links to test if you so desire. However, SirsiDynix is working to move the trial to a faster server. We will let the community know when that is accomplished and the testing period will commence for two weeks.
Texting – Wilmette is working with CCS on the texting trial for hold notifications. So far we are experimenting with staff patrons only. It is fair to say that it has had ups and downs and the kinks are being worked out with SirsiDynix. We will keep you posted.
Facebook – the SirsiDynix Facebook trial is over. No library expressed interest in purchasing this add-on product.
