FROM THE COMPUTER ROOM:
We will be closed on Monday for Labor Day, but all the reports that normally run on Monday will still run.
Linda will return to the office after September 9th, in case you are working with her on something and have not received replies or a follow up.
AUTHORITIES NEWS:
Two files from Marcive were loaded into our system this. One contained 3664 updated authority records and the other contained 346 new authority records that were needed in our database, but were not available before this time.
These files do keep the database up to date as much as possible – including adding death dates to prominent author headings, when they die (such as Elmore Leonard and Elizabeth Peters, who both died last week).
