FROM THE COMPUTER ROOM:
FIBER LINE SWITCH-OVER:
As a reminder, the switch-over to our new ASE Fiber line is scheduled for Tuesday morning, October 28 at 7:00am. We do not expect the switch-over to take any longer than an hour. This will affect the entire CCS network; you will not be able to access any of our servers. WorkFlows, SVA, and Director’s Station will not be online until after the switch-over   The Enterprise web sites will be up, but access to patron records/authentication will not be available during this time. We will send an email out once the switch-over has been completed.

ENTERPRISE UPGRADE:
Enterprise is scheduled to be upgraded to release GA7 tonight, 10/23/2014, starting at 11 PM.  The upgrade process will take approximately 5 hours. Enterprise should be back up around 4 AM Friday.

MOBILECIRC:
Early next week we will send out an information packet about MobileCirc to all our libraries, as background for the training on November 20.  We will not send out the activation information until the training.

Thanks to everyone for working with us while we push SirsiDynix to get Enterprise to where it should have been all along.  We need and value your feedback on how it’s performing.  We’re sure you’re sick of being asked to weigh in, but we need you as a sounding board.  Here’s hoping it pays off!
