FROM THE COMPUTER ROOM:
Network Switch - Monday morning we will be installing a new network switch to expand our current infrastructure. No disturbance to the network is expected and libraries will not be affected.

Client downloads - As we continue our investigations into the problem with downloading upgraded Workflows clients, we have asked all libraries to respond with recollections from the day in question. It is very important that each library responds to Frank’s inquiry posted to the Maintenance Coordinators list. Lately we discovered that not all libraries experienced difficulties and so we need to compare data from libraries to identify patterns.

LIBRARY CLOSING:
Wilmette will be closed all day on Friday, February 24.
