ENTERPRISE IS LIVE! Can you tell? As you may have guessed, Enterprise has been keeping us quite busy this week with issues ranging from slowness or unavailability to fine tuning and tweaking of customizations. We do apologize for the inconveniences these issues have caused but rest assured that we are working diligently to resolve everything that is being reported regarding Enterprise.
SirsiDynix has been very attentive to our Enterprise deployment as well, and they are working very closely with us in resolving problems. We appreciate the feedback and reports we have been getting from the libraries regarding Enterprise. This greatly assists us in ironing out any wrinkles with its deployment and functionality. Please keep them coming. We know it's been a bumpy road so far, but together we can smooth it out.
