FROM THE COMPUTER ROOM:
LOAD TEST OCT. 12 - We are planning a network load test at 7am on Friday October 12. On that day, please do not schedule “early bird work” on Workflows until about 7:30 am. We will let you know when it is okay to resume normal work. On that morning the Maintenance Coordinators should download the client from the CCS server(s). Email was sent out on Wednesday 10/3 with more detailed information. Maintenance Coordinators. Please let us know if you need a copy of that email. Thanks!
TESTING of 3.4.1 – Our date to upgrade to 3.4.1 is the evening of October 23 through the morning of October 24. We are grateful to those who are testing this new release. Please let us know if there are new features that you want us to turn on in your testing. The “official” end of the test period will be October 11 – although the release will be available on and off after that as we continue to test some in-house procedures.
CCS MEETINGS NEXT WEEK:
None! (Executive Committee is Oct. 17 due to ILA; have a good time, those who are going to ILA!)
