Graduated Unfilled Holds – this is a reminder that the process to move old unfilled holds (over 90 days old) from a local hold to a system hold will commence on Tuesday July 23. The process will run weekly.
Stay tuned for announcements about staff access to a demo version of Enterprise and our texting testing.
